Include sourcing, screening & matching the profiles based on MRF, taking telephonic interviews, arranging & coordinating with HOD for next round of interviews, releasing offer letter for selected candidates, keeping track of recruitment record.

• On-boarding & Induction:
Include preparing welcome kit for new joinees, employment verification, completing joining paper work i.e. employment form, bank account form, statutory form etc., briefing HR policies, rules & guidelines, organizing/coordinating with HOD of respective departments for technical induction.

• Preparation of Letters and Formats:
Include preparation of offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, resignation acceptance letter, preparation of NOC, salary certificate, relieving acceptance letter, service certificate, increment letter, promotion letter, probation extension letter, transfer letter etc and preparation of various formats like travel allowance, pay slip, Daily conveyance allowance format, sales report formats, performance appraisal format, expense statement, advance loan form etc.

• Employee Data Record:
Include handling of personal files of all employees i.e. hire, confirmation, promotion, transfer, separation & termination, maintaining attendance (present, absent & late comers), Leave balance & Leave eligibility, travel conveyance, maintaining & updating statutory register, preparing HR document for external audit.

• Employee Relation & Engagement:
Include settlement of grievances, celebrations of festivals, birthdays and team achievements etc., team building activities.

• Training & Development:
Include identifying the training need, organizing training program both external and internal, coordination with trainer and trainee, organizing weekly presentation.
