In studying why they prefer the particular doctor, the family doctor has fulfill the availability,accessibility,acceptability and the affordability (4As ) more than the other doctors. When studying the socio - economical background and the selection of the first contact health care provider there is a significant relationship with the education,the job category,income level,civil status of the people and the availability if insurance coverage.
