March, 2011 and I am over all incharge for all commercial and administrative activities of two units of the company namely "Suspension System Division" and "Engineering System Division". ACPL is engaged in manufacture & supply of various parts to Indian Railways such as Bogie Frames, Suspension Assembly, Beam Weldment (Component of Brack Assembly), parts for Delhi Metro, Engine parts etc. etc.

I have been assigned following responsibilities:-

• Supervise the functions of Stores and Purchase Deptt, procurement of raw material, packing materials & consumables, Inventry control etc.

• Supervise the functions of Personnel Deptt. including recruitment of Staff and workers, performance approval of staff, finalization of annual increment of staff and workers for approval from Director etc.
• Supervise the functions of Accounts deptt. bill passing, payment approval, fund arrangement from HO of the company situated at Kolkatta etc.
• Supervise all Commercial activities including logistic arrangements, timely dispatch planning of finished goods, hospitality arrangements of guests from Govt. (Railways) Deptt.
• To do all work as a commercial head of the organization.

• Insurance business on corporate level and handling all day to day insurance matters of the Company relating to Fire, Motor, W.C. Personal Accident, Burglary, MBD, Marine, Fidelity Guarantee, MCE and other Misc. Policies and settlement of claims.
• Supervising the legal matters of the Company up to the level of High Court and Supreme Court of India.
• Direct liaison with various Central & State Government Departments.

The business segment of the Company consists of: Dyed yarns, Grey Yarns, Mélange yarn, Fabric (Mayur Suiting), Fire Retardant/Upholstery Fabrics, Denim and Power Plants being managed by Business Heads. I had worked with this company in its CORPORATE COMMERCIAL DEPT., since Feb. 2005, which works for thirteen group units. Also I had been associated with this Group at Gulabpura as Law Officer from 1983 to 1988. My role were as follows

• Dealing with the Excise matters of the Company at all levels, such as Supreme Court, Central Excise and Gold Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi, Commissioner (Appeals), Jaipur, Commissionarate, Divisional and Range Office levels including day to day affairs.
