2-Worked with Technico Industries Ltd as a Executive- (HR & Admin) since 1st November-2006 to 12th December -2007. Technico Industries is engaged to manufacturer automotive components for Maruti Suzuki, Like Door Hinge & Regulator.

Responsibility of making the new policy according the requirement.
Responsibility of implement employee motivation initiative.
Responsible to handle company grievance according company policy.
Making training calendar according the training needs.
Responsibility for conduct the training according training schedule.
To formalize competency norms for new recruitments.
Responsibility of reporting globally for MIS.
To issue Service agreements, Appointment letter, Confirmation, transfers and promotion letters.
