The refinery complex area comprises: Overall Refinery Process, Utility and Offsite Facilities, Crude Tank Farm and Flare Area, Product Tank Farm, Seawater intake, Waste Water and Crude Oil Pipelines, Interconnecting Pipelines, road and right of way, Product Harbor Service Area.
