Joined De Beers Marine South Africa in 1995 as Process Controller/Process Foreman and later as a relieve Marine Production Superintendent. Part of the process team setting up De Beers Marine Processing Plant training department
Received a Basic Engineering Skill Certificate during 2000 at Namibian Institute for Mining Technology for Boilermaking, Welding, Fitter and Turner, Instrumentation and Electrical disciplines.
Remain at De Beers Marine but this time for De Beers Marine Namibia for 14 years in the same capacities. Join project team in 2002 in England, Newcastle for commissioning, start up and ramp up one of their mining vessel, processing plant for diamond mining along the coast of Namibia.
Join Paladin at their Namibian operation 2006 as a Process Technician/ Controller to commission and start up Langer Heinrich Uranium mine from the ROM bin to the Final Packaging & Drying Plant
Joined Paladin Africa 2009 in Malawi to commission and start up of Kayelekera Uranium Mine as a Process Plant Training Coordinator/Process Controller
