- Payroll, Salary & Wage Admin- ( Preparing Master , Gather Attendance, Control Over Time Keeping Generate Monthly Salary, Ensure Deductions, Compliance PT,PF,ESIC)
- Contractual Manpower Tracking & Management- Control & tracking over flow of casual’s attendance, Wages with compliance.
- Leave & Attendance Management- Tracking & solving issues of Leave & Attendance of All level Employees, Yearly Leave Attendance Working, Set up Leave Policies & Cards.
- Ensure Compliance Like PF, ESIC, PT, and MLWF, Contract Labour, Etc.
- Present Needful Information as management required on Various Issues, and Introduce suggestions on hurdles for Organizing.
- Disciplinary Action- Issuing Warning & Termination Letters & Maintain Discipline.
- Implementation of Various HR Policies, forms & Formats of HRD.

- Control Over House Keeping Hygiene & Admin part Within Company at Shop Floor & Office Level.,Control Over the Security Dept of company.
