This Project entitled “A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION” was carried out in XYZ company. The main objective of this project is to study the level of satisfaction among the employees and to give suggestions to overcome the drawback faced by the organization to satisfy the employees. The data used for the study is the primary data. Primary data was collected from the operator level employees in XYZ company. The tools and techniques used for the analysis are Percentage Analysis, two-way table, correlation, chi-square , ANOVA, charts are drawn and based on the analysis, findings, suggestions and conclusion was drawn. Need of this study was conducted to know the satisfaction level of employees. Our target population for our study is employees of XYZ company
