Process Based:
• Relationship Management with BT and suppliers
• Campaign management which includes various activities like face-to-face events, e-mail campaigns, direct marketing, telemarketing etc.
• Agency Management which includes agency selection, agency briefing, best quote selection, ER/PRing and payment approvals
• Project Management to ensure key milestones are on track by using various tools including project plans, stakeholder reports, campaign performance reports etc.
• Targeting and Segmentation by sourcing and filtering campaign target lists and mapping it to campaign objectives and parameters
• Internal Communications to sales and marketing teams on new campaign deployments
• Newsletters and E-zines to internal and external audiences to promote key messages and propositions. Involved in developing collaterals, brochures, case studies and all the sales empowerment documents
• Proposition Knowledge and Updates by organising sales enablement sessions via webinars / knowledge calls and face to face sessions
• Reporting and tracking campaign actual versus planned performance (qualitative and quantitative) along with creation of customised reports to analyse ROI

worked directly with the Restaurant manager and had the role of stepping in when the Restaurant manager is unavailable, handling personnel matters, recreation for guests, office administration and a variety of other tasks. Depending on the size of the establishment, a restaurant may only employ one assistant manager or several.

Key Highlights:
• Understanding the overall corporate marketing strategy from the restaurant manager - and translating this into a tangible work brief to the team
• This included deployment of various POS merchandising material (like banners, penguins, pop-ups , collaterals etc.)
