Experimental studies on “Studies and Identification Of aerobic Ammonia Oxidizing Bacteria (aAOB) and aerobic Nitrite Oxidizing Bacteria (aNOB), and Enrichment Of Anammox Bacteria” from M.S. University, India.

This project involved the studies on aAOB’s and aNOB’s and their growth pattern was checked in presence of different antibiotics to check the resistance against their growth, for its further utilization in treatment of effluent. I enhanced my skills on Gram Staining, Culturing, Aseptic techniques.

Development of disposable sensor system for vitamin C using electrodes modified with Prussian Blue

I was involved in developing a disposable sensor system with Prussian blue dye to detect the presence of ascorbic acid. I enjoy the involvement with sensors and analyzing the graphical data obtained by calibrations, and work related with Microsoft excels files.
