Role & Duties Highlights:
* Responsible for the direction and coordination of assigned departmental activities for the purpose of attaining customer satisfaction levels and objectives set forth by the Managing Director and parent facility.

* Oversee patient care flow while redirecting and optimizing allocation of resources (e.g., booking of patients in clinics / examinations). Investigate patient / visitor concerns and implement appropriate courses of action.

* Responsible for the P&L through tight collaboration with the Director of Finance on monthly, quarterly, and yearly Budget Planning and implementation, keeping in mind the implications of cost / revenue return.

* Frequent interface with department heads to determine necessary space, medical equipment, supplies and support systems to ensure efficient and effective functioning of departments and optimum patient care and experience

* Demonstrate judgment and self-sufficiency in effective problem solving while serving as the operational resource for the medical center. Take corrective action in situations requiring immediate intervention, including interpretation and operation of medical center policy and work rules.

* Develop and implement measures and links in the internal procedures related to patient experience, acting as a liaison with the Director of Finance on billings, collections, insurance, cash flow and the Revenue Cycle, minimizing costs and maximizing revenues.

* Develops strategic plan by studying different healthcare market and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
