In accordance to Transfer Pricing regulation and in conjunction with the Transfer Pricing manager - define, deploy, analyze and assist global offices of Ernst & Young in conducting inter-company pricing studies across a variety of industries including healthcare; oil & gas; industrial/automotive; IT, electronics; telecom, financial services; information technology etc. through implementation and effectiveness of the following:
Company Analysis – Have a good working knowledge of working on company analysis reports which involves preparing the overview of the company, the group structure organization, competitive advantage and the critical success factor of the company.
Industry Analysis – I have been preparing the industry analysis reports by extracting valuable information from various industry reports from various databases like Data monitor, One Source, Mergent’s, Datamonitor, etc.
Economic Analysis – Have conducted economic and financial analysis using various databases for such as The Bureau Van Dijk’s AMADEUS, OSIRIS and ORIANA, Moody’s, Standard & Poor’s Compustat U.S. Research and Thomson’s Disclosure, Thomson Financials, One Source, Company 360 (Australian database), PowerK (E&Y’s Proprietary License Agreement database), Global Fusion an E&Y database, Live Edgar.
Specialization in US search process – Have been a part of the US specific team here and have been instrumental to the team in running searches, updating reports and working on financial calculations involving complex restatement check and annual report tie backs. Have some experience in full report updates as well.
Intangible Royalty CUT Searches – Have been proficient in conducting benchmarking intangible/royalty transaction searches between related entities such as licensing, franchising, etc. using Livedgar and PowerK (EY proprietary database).
