Receive WCL documents and submit to Compsol
Complete register and do follow up on outstanding claims
Submit updated data to financial manager for financial report
Maintain IOD Register monthly
Update age profile audit
Do career discussion with above-mentioned members
Report on daily absenteeism
Ensure that employee have efficient leave credits available before capturing on VIP system
Draw up a schedule for unpaid leave to be send for capturing
Report timeously on leave that's being misused by employees
Make necessary payroll changes & send via spread sheet to Payroll Clerk
Report regional payroll changes via standardised excel report to regional HR Managers by payroll closing...
