I am a client orientated person with vast experience in client services, facilities management and supply chain management within private sector enterprises.
I am currently in the employ of Medical Research Council, as a Facilities Manager within the Supply Chain Management division.
As a person with a strong desire to excel in her work, I am seeking to align myself with an opportunity positioned for growth.
In broad terms my key functions and roles involve managing a building as per documented Service Level Agreements with preferred contractors and suppliers as well as procuring goods and services as per building/ end user requirements. One other important aspect of my job is to liaise with contractors and suppliers on a daily basis on service delivery matters, and ensuring outstanding services of the company in accordance to quality, quantity & punctuality. Most of these competences are aimed particularly at rendering the best possible services, so as to meet the clients' needs.
However more importantly, my good interpersonal and communication skills have made my duties and responsibilities even more challenging as I directly, telephonically and via e-mail, communicate with different kinds of people on daily bases. In comparison, I'm certain that all of my core duties and functions and key responsibilities as a Facilities Manager make me a competent and skilled contestant.
Given my strong organizational and interpersonal skills, I am of the opinion that I have the enthusiasm you are looking for. I thrive on challenges and my goal is to succeed in facilities management.
