I have been en charge of many events through work experience, and it definitely comes naturally to me, weather its organizing and training staff, or creating a theme and doing the decor and props , I have a extremely good eye for detail, and I am very creative and resourceful, I also have allot of experience creating menu's and making magic happen with a small budget, I work very well under pressure, and I have had allot of success in all the events I managed, weather its a big high end function, or a small intimate gathering
