* Taking conference relates enquiries by telephone, email, fax or from online referrals.
* Checking availability on our diary management system and tailor-make a conference package to best suit a customer's requirements
* Up-selling the hotel's key features and benefits to the client.
* Making bookings on our system and effectively using the space and meeting rooms available to maximize revenue for the hotel.
