- Identification and implementation of a more stable and accurate label system for the contracted customers - this involved dealing with IT programmers and I had to ensure that the program they wrote was compatible with the internal procedures already in place. This project lasted 6 months until it went live. To this day they are using the system that I designed. A noticeable drop in internal theft was apparent. All information being relayed to the customer was available immediately as it was measured in real time.
