Initially working alone, I was soon able to employ a full time consultant to assist with increased business and subsequently, a Business Developer to assist in the specialist supply of high calibre staffing solutions to the Sales/Marketing, rec2rec, PR/Events and Creative industries i.e
During the company’s inception, I sourced and established new clients, managed existing clients and ongoing contracts, recruited and managed 2 internal employees, instigated marketing, profiling and negotiated for advertising, CV search facilities and utilities. I administered company finance, i.e invoicing, credit control, banking and accounts. However,
due to the collapse and subsequent non payment from a major client I was unfortunately forced make my two employees redundant. I had intended recoup some of the financial loss to no avail. I closed eye2eye Recruitment Solutions in June 2007.
