Summary:

Procurement & Logistic officer intersos / Logistic assistant in CLP (USAID)
1) Manage 4 teams consist of one procurement assistant, logistic assistant, guards and drivers.
2) Oversee the receiving and dispatching of supplies and project materials to the respective field offices.
3) Ensure effective and efficient logistics support for daily Area operations including procurement and supplies, all being implemented in accordance within the policies and standards, as well as approved budgets.
4) Participate in the tendering process including preparation of tender documents relating to construction materials and equipment.
5) Regular dissemination of relevant logistics information to guide decision making by other stakeholders, through reports, circulars, meetings etc.
. 6) Prepare procurement plans in conjunction with relevant departments
7) Ensure that procurement status reports are updated at all times and are shared appropriately.
8) Ensure that all records including inventory list of office items and equipment are updated and well kept.
9) Oversee the warehouse operations to ensure adherence to policies, process, procedure and guidelines.
10) Ensure that periodic Inventory reports are prepared as required internally by donors is monthly, quarterly, yearly.
11) Ensure the functionality of Office fleet of vehicles to support programme implementation.
12) Ensure proper vehicle utilization, maintenance, fuel consumption and monitoring and controls systems as per office policies and procedures.
13) Assign duties, supervise and appraise section staff
14) Oversee all the contracts,events,conferences,Arrivels & departures trips and hotels reservations.
