Quality Management Center: Discovery Connect
Give feedback to the Team leader when trends are picked up in an innovative manner so that value is added in the department.
REPORT TO QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Ensuring that one is certain with the source of information given at hand
Consult the Team Leader when a need to suggest arises, for the improvement of the Discovery Connect Sales departmental.
DELEGATING OF THE SAVING OF THE REPORTS
Delegate the saving of the report to fellow colleagues every day.
EVALUATING THE SALES AND NON SALES CALLS DAILY
To always meet clear defined objectives and targets over the 100% target given on a
MEASURING QUALITY AND FACILITATING IMPROVEMENTS
Ensuring that the error rate stays low and managing to keep it at a 0% error
ENSURING TARGET IS REACHED AND EXCEEDED
COMMENTS / COACHING TOOL / EVALUATE CALLER PERFORMANCE
FOR DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES
To have adequate information on the evaluations feedback and logger feedback tool.
To give comprehensive feedback to consultants and Team Leaders so that they are
aware of their areas of concern for the purposes of performer development.
Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelors degree of Marketing and Business Management
