 Working as an Accounts Manager, and I report to both Managing/Client Service Director, directly manage a team of 16 members.
 Responsible for developing and executing clients’ marketing strategies and developing solid business relationships with clients through regular and pro-active contact
 Ensuring all the trade marketing activities for the assigned clients are effectively carried out
 Carrying out market research for the brands and formulating marketing strategies alterations to counter competition
 Developing route to market models and presentation to client for roll out
 Managing the workload and building capacity of the team under my supervision in line with the company’s staff development plan.
 Acting as a link between the clients’ marketing department and other agency staff as well as other clients’ functions to coordinate the client’s initiatives/campaigns
 Developing operational budgets for brands initiatives and leading project execution, monitoring and evaluation to ensure effective and timely delivery within budgets
 Developing and presenting monthly and quarterly reports to the clients’ sales and marketing team
 Managing the administrative and projects works to ensure all project resources are utilized efficiently and effectively and proper book keeping done
 Successfully managed all the key accounts increasing business revenue by 21% or AED 352,173 achieving 91% of the agreed business financial targets.
