MS9000 Quality document

In order for Borbet SA( a company I used to work for) to obtain the MS9000 quality standard from Ford, which was a new potential client, the Logistics department had to put a 'Logistics Work Procedure' document in line with MS9000. I was the leader of that team, ensuring that all the necessary information, systems are in place as per the MS9000 standard. We were awarded the MS9000 Quality standard by Ford.

Procurement Policy

There was no Procurement policy/procedure in the company. I developed it, presented it and now it is being implemented.
