All of these systems were written in SYNON (COOL2E/ADVANTAGE2E) and RPG/CL 400 and ran on the AS/400 platform. I also wrote several auto rating systems along with EDI downloads, FTP interfaces, Quick Address Interfaces and Invoicing System.

I was responsible for the development/enhancement of new/current computer software to assist in the day to day running of the company. I was heavily involved in the enhancement/support of our financial systems (Payroll, Personnel and Time and Attendance). I also gained exposure to our BPCS manufacturing system through development work/support. All these systems were written in RPG/CL 400 and run on the AS/400 platform. I also wrote a concerns system in AS/SET.

I was responsible for developing and enhancing our company's consignment distribution tracking systems. These were running on an IBM AS/400 & IBM System 38 platforms under RPG/CL and were in-house written systems. From time to time I was required to man the user support help desk.

I was responsible for the development/enhancement of Cyberaid’s software packages and bespoke clients computer software systems. These were written in house and sometimes at client sites under RPG/CL 400 on the IBM AS/400 platform. I worked on all of Cyberaid’s financial packages such as Payroll, Personnel. I also gained some exposure to the System 38 which along with the AS/400 were supported by Cyberaid. Other duties included manning our customer support helpline and System operational duties on the AS/400, System 38 and System 36 platforms.
