Brief about SKF College Campus
SKF College Campus located within SKF India premises at Chinchwad, Pune plant, is an International Training Facility, with an objective of "creating value for the business" for internal and external customers. It has 5 well equipped training rooms.

On a given day it can accommodate maximum upto150 participants. The average utilization for a year is around 35 % to 40 % with the average participant's footfall per month ranging from 1000 to 1200.


❖ Program Administration:

Handling end to end program requirements of all INTERNAL & CUSTOMER programs at campus which includes below activities:

* Making & maintaining the training calendar.
* Managing the campus training room booking calendar. Allotting the training rooms according to the nature & requirement of the program / meetings.
* Make all logistic arrangements. (i.e. training material, games, travel etc)
* Pre, in course & post program related administration support.
* Maintenance of training game material, training materials of various programs, attendance sheets & feedback forms.
* Feedback analysis: Logistic & Faculty.
* Preparing Costing sheet for all training programs & meetings.
* Average No. of trainings & meetings in a month: 12 to 15

Handling end to end program requirements of all INTERNATIONAL programs at campus which includes below activities:

* Sending across the invitation & visa letters to all participants & facilitators.
* Make all logistic arrangements. (i.e. training material, games, travel etc)
* Pre, in course & post program related administration support.
* Arranging city tours & gala dinners.
* Arrange & participation in the CSR.
* Making cost calculators for each program.
* No. of International Programs in a year: 4 to 5.
* Example: Global Leadership Program (GLP), International Automotive Development Program...
