Job Profile: -

(I) Grievance Handling: -Day to day Grievance Shorting
(II) Recruitment / Selection
To collect the required document, photo, mark sheet, etc from the candidates
To proved Employment forms and check the filled forms as per requirement
To send the candidates in Hrm Deptt. Concerned deptt for the interview / selection.
(III) Salary Wages Preparation:-
To collect the attendance cards, arrange it as per requirement, to check the attendance properly with help of punching machine data, hand allocations ect. Mark Necessary Correction if required, to check the availement of Leave. To insure the in / out of employee on individual of every 30 days (as per month required day), posting of leave, on duty, C-Off of employees. To Finalize the total days worked of each and every Employees. Posting of attendance / leave in System of out station Employees. Posting of deduction like salary advance, loan, canteen, car loan etc. Posting of Tax Deduction, P-Tax etc. Checking of days, deduction etc. to check the new employee joining, left employee case etc before the salary preparation.
(IV) Employees Information: -
Maintain of Employee Information in Master registers, Maintain of Employees Information in ERP System. Supporting Paper to be attached with Personal file. Appointment letter, promoting letter to be filed etc.
(V) Others Work in HRM Deptt: - Implement HRM Module In ERP System, Short out Technical Problem in HRM Module in ERP system. To make Full & Final work, Good work Cross Checking and finalization, Record Maintain like ( Employee Information Record, Leave record, Monthly Salary record, Monthly Good work sheet, etc ) and short out time office problem.
