Main responsibilities:

• Have ensured the confidential documents/information related to HR works is maintained.
• Maintained proper database of visa expiry, cancellation, renewals and provided proper updates to the concerned team
• Coordinating with TECOM authority with regard to lease renewal, trade license
• Attending front desk & answer telephone calls, Printing, scanning & faxing documents to the clients
• Tracking the expense details provided by the employees/bank transactions related to office and providing the updates to the FINCON team on time
• Applying different visas like employment visa, visit visa, dependent visa, hotel visa & tourist visa and ensuring the delivery of the same to the respective employee on time

Roles and Responsibility:
Presently working as an Administrator Assistant Manager/PRO and delivered all my tasks/responsibilities related to Immigration activities, VISA processing, Admin, HR, Travel/Hotel arrangements, FINCON activities in a timely and efficient manner. The details on the roles and responsibilities are given below

HR Activities:
• Arranged for the Induction program for the new joiners & provided them with proper HR documentation. Provided accurate information and guidelines to HR/visa offshore team as well as to new hires/deputed staff about the visa and other joining formalities
• Taken responsibility of the employee requests from time to time.
• Handled the work permit related activities like applying, cancellation and clearance of the employees work permits.
• Have ensured the confidential documents/information related to HR works is maintained.
• Maintained proper records of visa expiry, cancellation, renewals and provided proper updates to the concerned team.
• Efficiently handled the original Passports and Degree Certificates of the employees with care as well as delivered the same to the respective employees.
• Maintained up-to-date tracker of degree /marriage certificate/birth certificate legalization. Adhered to the Immigration policies and any changes related to the TECOM policies have been promptly communicated to off-shore team.
• Provided timely support on employees request for Salary letter, NOC letters, visa requirements for other countries etc


Admin Activities:
• Coordinating with TECOM authority with regard to lease renewal, trade license.
• Ensuring that all paper works for visa process is completely arranged & submitted to TECOM on time without any delay
• Attending front desk & answer telephone calls, Printing, scanning & faxing documents to the clients.
• Booking of meeting rooms with all the arrangements for clients meeting.
