☞ Talent Acquisition & Management:
◆ Coordination with technical panel and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
◆ Advertising vacancies on job portals. Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or internal reference or head hunting. Conducting telephonic and personal interview.
◆ Assisting HR Manager in recruitment process for corporate retail infrastructure function.
◆ Documents collection and reference check of selected employees
◆ Preparation of offer Letter & salary structure, keeping the track for expected joinees.
◆ Sending monthly reports to Finance department about new recruits, resignation.
☞ Joining Formalities & Induction:
◆ Responsible for issuing appointment letter, joining kit, e-mail id creation, work place, bank account opening and documents collection
◆ Preparing new Joiners files and folders containing salary data, employee details etc and ensuring its confidentiality.
◆ To Keep track of new joinee and his/her probation period, maintaining confirmation track sheet.
◆ Drafting and mailing introductory mail of new joinee.
◆ Introducing new joinee through the each department in organization.
☞ Training & Development:
♦ Coordinating with technical panel for identification of training need.
♦ Scheduling and arranging training for new joiners in coordination with the training academy.
☞ Exit formality:
◆ Assist HR Manager to carry out exit interview & clearance of the resigned employees.
◆ To release the relieving letter or experience letter.
◆ Preparing full and final settlement in consultation with various departments.
☞ Performance Appraisal:
◆ Assisting HR Manager in implementing performance appraisals.
◆ Distribution of PMS forms to various departments
◆ Compilation of PMS data.
◆ Assisting HR Manager in making revised salary breakup & promotion & increment letter of all employees.
☞ Payroll, Attendance & Leave:
◆ Processing monthly attendance muster through attendance...
