Desigined and implemented communication strategies for over 20 brands in Nigeria in both private and public institutions, including SMEs and non-profits between 2006 to date.

Researched and published several cited articles on human development including making numerous presentations and speeches for renowned Chief Executive Officers in the last seven years.

Led the implementation of United Bank for Africa’s (UBA) post merger Media Relations strategy in 2006 across 300 branches

Developed in 2010 a social media communication strategy currently adopted by five financial institutions in Nigeria as an e-internal communication module.

Implemented a unique leadership communication initiative in 2009 (Project Everest), which enabled the Bank PHB CEO harness employee feedback from over 70% of staff across over 200 branches fortnightly.

Supervised the Implementation of Bank PHB’s Employee Volunteer initiative and the bank's winning of Nigeria’s leading CSR award; Social Enterprises Awards (SERA) in 2008 and 2009.

Served as Deputy Director, Bank PHB Service Quality Council which successfully trained over 500 Service quality champions across the bank’s West Coast subsidiaries within one year and earned improved rating in KPMG customer satisfaction rating

Served as team member in the implementation of Ecobank Direct Sales Agent (DSA) strategy in 19 rural African communities in 2007 which accounted for 5% of the banks PBT within the financial year.

Worked with Risk Management Groups in two financial institutions ( ETI) and Bank PHB to develop Reputational Risk Management (RRM) framework

Serving since 2008 as Patron to students of Emekuku Girls Secondary School Owerri, Imo State; a rural school in Eastern Nigeria on an advocacy project. the project themed: ‘Teens for MDGs’ seeks to guide the students on their role in the attainment of the Millennium Development Goals, especially goals 3 & 6.
