I graduated from Central Johannesburg College in August 2012 and have been since looking for a position with a company that will make the most of my knowledge and skills. As an HR major, I am well conversant in assisting with recruitment efforts and other support services that the position of HR may demands.
I have a complete understanding of processing for new hires and able to work professionally during the interviewing process.
My internship with Central Johannesburg College’ HR department has polished my skills in providing administrative support to the HR department. There, I gained valuable knowledge in:

✔ Creating ads and posting new positions on job boards
✔ Screening resumes and pulling the most relevant resumes from the applicants

 Provide assistance and administrative services for the recruitment and employment of staff at campus, which includes drafting of advertisements, receipt of applications, participating in short-listing and interviewing, submission of documentations for appointment and arrangements pertaining to salary;
 Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as remuneration, leave and training documents and prepare associated management reports.
 Assist employees on work matters, career development, personal problems and labour relation maters;
 Provide assistance in administration and planning of all leave applications from the campus.
