I have worked for an insurance company called Finrite as a customer service consultant, administrating claims for different products they were offering, in the department called RSS(Retail Service Solution).I was also responsible for creating the Account number for the new customers in the department in line with the products I was doing. I was also responsible of doing preassement before handing the claim to my supervisor for finalization, checking that all the necessary documents are available.
