Evaluating Scoping Report’s, Environmental Impact Assessment Reports, Environmental Management Plans and Environmental Management Programmes,
Compiling Record of Decision (Report Writing),
Provide Assistance to Prospective Miners,
Recommending for The Approval of Report,
Monitoring Compliance with licence and environmental authorization under the Minerals And Petroleum Resources Development Act (Act 28 Of 2002)and other Related Environmental legislations(e.g. NEMA, NWA, BAP)
Conducting Environmental Site Inspections to ensure compliance and environmental protection,
Ensuring that the Rehabilitation and Pollution Control Standards are Applied
Drafting and issuing notices/directives to clients regarding non compliances,
Identify environmental liabilities for operations and ensure evaluation and adequacy of financial provision
Ensuring That Environmental Management Plans and Programme are implemented and Complied with.
Enforcement Of The Minerals And Petroleum Resources Development Act (Act 28 Of 2002)and other Related Environmental legislations(e.g. NEMA, NWA, BAP) by
Compile Reports and Make Recommendations in Case of None-compliance.
Administrate Mine Closure applications,
Administer Comments Received From Authorising Departments,
Investigate and resolve mine environmental related issues, queries and complaints between the mine and public.
Consulting and Liaising With Government Departments, Interested and Affected Parties.
