¿ Submit training reports and work skills plans to AgriSETA

2. PROCUREMENT AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

¿ Procurement of accredited training providers countrywide
¿ Selection and screening of service providers
¿ Appoint and contract suitable training providers and manage contract
¿ Maintain communication and relationships with external and internal stakeholders
¿ Review existing training contracts and re-advertise for submission of training proposals
¿ Assemble a screening and selection committee within Capespan


3. PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT/TRAINING:

¿ Conduct training needs analysis on participating farms
¿ Assist farms develop appropriate job descriptions and career plans for farm workers
¿ Design training plans and schedules by province
¿ Discuss training plans with farm managers and training providers, respectively
¿ Present training and strategy to Capespan Executive Committee
¿ Coordinate and manage the implementation of training courses rendered by third-parties under contract to Capespan
