My name is Nazia Begum-Uddin, I’m seeking a permanent position as a corporate/executive front house receptionist/administrator. I’m currently working for Network Rail- my office is relocating to Milton Keynes and it’s too long for me to commute to hence looking for another job in London and have enclosed my CV for your consideration.
As you will see from my CV, I have more than 5 years experience working in front house reception. I also worked in retail to develop my customer care skills; I am very good with people and have a good understanding of their requirements. I am keen to work for your organisation because I genuinely enjoy this line of work and like to keep busy as well as finding it rewarding to provide my employer with a strong work ethic and dedicated service. I have a great advantage of being multilingual in English Bengali and Hindi/Urdu.
I am a team worker who is quick-thinking and very hard working. I take pride in my work so I would make an excellent member of the team. I have always been polite and courteous to all my colleagues as well as the clients/customers. I am confident working independently or with others and can follow instructions concisely without having to be told things more than once. I have an excellent telephone manner and good IT skills- MS Office as well as excellent customer service.
I am very keen to learn new skills and I am quick to adapt to the new environment.
