• Coordinating with director for recruitment & selection which includes identifying vacancy, short listing, Scheduling, Salary negotiation, joining formalities etc.
• Dealing with consultant people for any required vacancy.
• Maintaining the total data base (employee's complete details, Recruitment log etc, Leave balances etc.).
• Manage office support staff including attendance and discipline.
• Preparation of Payroll and incentives for the month and maintaining the leave records of all employees.
• Preparation of file consists of employee's revenues and their feedback, which helps to work out on performance appraisal.

• Preparing MIS reports which gives complete information about the employees, which
includes manpower reports, monthly reports. (Joining and resignations, reconciliation
Statements, absenteeism, recruitment planning etc.)

• Keeping track of PF forms (transfer and withdrawal etc.).
