• Coordinating with director for recruitment & selection which includes identifying vacancy, short listing, Scheduling, Salary negotiation, joining formalities etc.
• Dealing with consultant people for any required vacancy.
• Maintaining the total data base (employee's complete details, Recruitment log etc, Leave balances etc.).

• Keeping track of PF forms (transfer and withdrawal etc.).
