1. Customer /Market Interaction
To identify, target and qualify customers for the purpose of soliciting business that includes but not limited to: • Coordinate with the team for smooth running of operations • Monitor performance of team members and improve /guide when necessary • Submit proper daily reports to management • Gather and cumulate data and organize them in a proper manner for tele-sales • Maintain close interaction with officers from du or other business partners as directed by the company to help drive the business better • Cumulate reports from team members to consolidate and submit to management • Identify key marketing initiatives and execute them in concurrence with the management to support and drive sales • Identify key and hot selling products in the market • Monitor and manage activations and other back-end formalities to follow up regarding customer acquisitions • Meet and exceed the monthly targets • Coordinate with the management to identify and roll-out of technology/equipment’s to enhance the efficiencies of the team
2. Team Interaction
Gather and share information (generic /market specific /lead oriented) amongst peers, colleagues and management for helping achieve company objectives and bettering company prospects.
Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships: Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
3. Interaction with Business Partners
Work closely with and gain from the knowledge and experience of officers from the Business Partners.
Attend meetings, seminars and programs from Business Partners to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new customer base
