Spare Parts Management

 Maintaining Stock of Spare Parts for Machines
 Building a system of Inventory Control and Planning for speedy delivery of Spares and avoiding Stock Outs and Dead Stocks.
 Indigenisation of Spares.
 Spare parts sales through proactive customer interactions.

Post Warranty Service Visit Coordination and Support:

 Installation and Commissioning.
 All Technical Queries Resolution.
 Resolution of Technical Queries.
 Long Distance Trouble Shooting.
 Deputation of service Engineers as per the nature of service call received from the client and ensure quick troubleshooting in minimum time and minimizing response time for redressal issues with respect to machines.
 To check up on Warranty period validity from Central Database against each Service request
 To check up credit worthiness and service worthiness of Customer from respective Sales Head, Field Personnel and Finance.
 To prepare Service Visit Quotes and send to customers under intimation to Service Engineer and respective Sales and Service Heads.
 Resolve customer queries on Service Visit charges
 Coordinate internally for procedural issues like getting Service Head opened, and externally with customer for filling up CRF and other necessary documentation
 To assist the field service personnel and Service / Sales Head in reminding in case any pending service / spare parts payments with customer.
 To the extent possible, remind field service personnel incase Service Visit can be combined with some other pending service at other nearby customer.
 To prepare Service Visit Invoice and e mail to the concerned Service Engineer / Customer.
 Implementation of the applications at the Client side.
