Customer Service Professional
I have an extensive background within customer service, being at the for front and dealing with complex and aggressive customers on a daily basis. Of course not all customers are difficult to deal with and aggressive. A skill I have learnt over the years is being able to read a customers body language and being able to turn their body language around and gain their trust in you. I like to put myself in the customers shoes and think how I would like to be treat if the roles were reversed.
I am currently employed at The Hainton by Mitchells and Butlers and have worked there around 4 years in which I become part of a strong work team, I gained my level 2 in hospitality and catering, my personal license. I am in charge of promoting within the establishment, finance management, stock rotation and maintenance of lines. I have previously worked at another Mitchells and Butlers establishment, The Farmhouse, for around a year and a half where I under took similar duties.
My personal interests include engaging in social activities with family and friends, I am a keen enthusiast in modern film and music. I enjoy researching recipes and cooking, I am highly interested in catering as it is a strong hobby of mine. Another hobby I am interested in is fitness, I enjoy cross country in my spare time and going to the gym on a regular basis. I am an avid problem solver, completing puzzles and challenges are something that appeal strongly to me.
