I have three direct lines which report to me at the club – The Reception, Lifeguard and cleaning teams. It is my responsibility that all new recruits are fully trained in health and safety compliance and emergency procedures. My main focus is to deliver a successful Operations Department across the entire club facilities and to grow and develop my staff at the club. I have KPIs surrounding staff labour and utility cost controls, as well as member and staff satisfaction.

Recruit and develop team members to the David Lloyd Health & Fitness Brand Standards including, expertise, skills and driven behaviour.
I demonstrate growth in my team by developing their competence and capabilities and capture within their Personal Development Plans.
Drive the team through motivational strategies, non-negotiables and Key Performance Indicators, to further assess team KPI’s and overall current performance.
