To support adults with a diagnosis of enduring mental health needs to maintain mainstream tenancies. To support clients with a range of independent living skills such as cleaning, cooking, shopping, monitoring medication ordering and compliance, attending CPA/Psychiatry/consultant etc meetings and updating involved services as to any issues or concerns they may be.
