• Leading the planning, development and operation of the Lotterywest Staff Development program, including the integration into performance development activities and agreements applicable to all employees and aligning the staff development content with business requirements;
• Contributing, through active personal involvement, to the successful operation, efficiency and effectiveness of the Strategy and Planning division.
• Contributing to a productive organisation wide work environment and accepting corporate responsibilities involved in working for Lotterywest.
The job requires working collaboratively with all team members within the directorate and all other areas of Lotterywest, and with external consultants.
