customer service plays a huge part in a job role without engaging with your customers as a service we have to understand what customers needs and wants are . Over the years i have begun to understand customers like to be spoken to and involved in your work without involvement they seek other places to go. You as a customer assistant learnt to listen and be able to help with problems given if solutions cant be found you have to be able to give a short explanation why it cant be done .im always willing to try improve my customer service skills.
