Elkington - Event Manager - Durban, KZN, South Africa

Natalie Elkington

Durban, KZN, South Africa

I have worked in the Event Industry since 2003. I have no formal training but learnt from the ground up. I began as an assistant and worked my way up to running my own event company. Over the years I have organized a variety of events including conferences, gala dinners, music events, hospitality marquees, team building events and even a wedding or two.
The numbers for these events have ranged from 20 – 2500 people. Last year I worked with Global Moguls organizing the Hunters Debut Down South Tour with a UK band that we bought out and toured around SA for 3 weeks.
Over the years I have worked with people of all ages, cultures and races and through this have gathered good people skills and am not limited in who I can or cannot work with. I have initiative and can run with any project alone or in a team. I thrive under pressure and put 100% into every event I do as I am passionate about the industry and give everything my all.
