MY profession

As Construction Manager/Engineer My services include daily inspection, project documentation, submittal review, design support, CPM and shop drawing review, materials testing, cost estimating and claims analysis. As A Resident engineers supervisor I make sure the construction process is follow and also make sure to represent the owner's interests.
My field inspection staff monitors and documents compliance with plans and specifications, as well as state and local regulations. I assign discipline-specific engineers as appropriate to inspect the civil, structural, electrical and mechanical work. My inspectors are on the job whenever contractors are working, 24 hours a day, seven days a week if necessary.
As Construction Program Manager, I deliver an accurate works on behalf of the client to manage all aspect of the construction program, from concept through closeout. I monitor the progress of multiple jobs, adjust schedules as needed to maintain critical path schedules, keep project on budget, contain project costs, and ensure that all work is done in accordance with plans, specifications and contract documents. My goal is to ensure the highest quality of construction throughout the duration of the entire project.
I deliver best practice construction management programs through the application of vigilant quality, process, and safety systems.

Project Description: CONSTRUCTION OF UPGRADE OF AL RAYYAN Road
JASSIM BIN MOHAMMED STREET CONTRACT 4

• The Project comprises the construction and upgrading Al Rayyan Road between the Al Diwan Street junction (excluding junction) and the Jassim Bin Mohammed Street junction tying into the Souk Waqif access. The works also include the construction and upgrading of Jassim Bin Mohammed Street from a point just south of the Corniche Roundabout to the Wadi Musheireb Street junction at the south end.
• There will be a total of six traffic signal controlled junctions. The existing signalized junction Al Rayyan Road / Jassim Bin Mohammed Street will be significantly upgraded with new signalization. The existing roundabout at Jassim Bin Mohammed Street / Wadi Musheireb Street junction will be removed and replaced with a new signalized junction. New signalized junctions will also be provided on Al Rayyan Road at the junctions with Al Kahraba Street, Abdullah Bin Thani Street and the Emiri Diwan car parks access and also on Jassim Bin Mohammed Street at the junction with Masat Street.
• A new pedestrian underpass (approximately 30m long, 27m span and 4.0m headroom) is to beconstructed on Jassim Bin Mohammed Street, just to the north of the Wadi Musheireb Street junction. The pedestrian underpass will be constructed in phases, to the Contractors design, so as a minimum of one lane of traffic in each direction of Jassim Bin Mohammed Street is maintained at all times.

7. DETAILED WORK DUTIES:
