I have worked for UN agencies program in the field of development since 2000
From 2000 - 2008 worked for UNDP , Rural community development at Jabal al Hoss, moving from Head of Rural women Development Department into the head of the same Dept., In addition to the head of training and business development program.
there many training conducted started from literacy courses ending with professional vocational to start new income generating activities and getting microcredit loans and be entrepreneur concentration was on women and youth.

From 2009- 2012 worked for UNRWA / Neirab Rehabilitation project as a Senior Community Development Coordinator and the head of the Community Development section.
we led most our activities through community center through which we addressed all sectors such as women, youth, disabled and offered micro credit loan
activities stated from entertainments to rehabilitation then vocational training, as we support some competitions in cooperation with UNICEF and other development agencies
In terms of social humanitarian activities, I am a member in Al Ihsan NGO, where the model of UNDP project is replicated to be applied by the NGO. Besides I have many activities and participation with some charity NGO s in Aleppo and Damascus.

Throughout the period of working for UN agencies I became in touch with all Community development partners in Aleppo starting from Aleppo governorate, municipality, women union, Red Crescent, other UN agencies projects, GTZ, Agha Khan foundation, Syria Trust for development
These relations facilitate the coordination between each other's which gave the work a push toward.

Also I am a member in SANABEL the network of microfinance in the Arab countries and I am a certified trainer in human resources management in MFI, and I conducted 3 training courses 2 in Syria and 1 in Jordan
