BSME or higher, minimum of 7 years, hands-on experience in the design of complex electromechanical products for high manufacturing volumes; experience designing, integrating & testing electro-mechanical systems for performance and reliability.
UI DEVELOPER: Design/implement a state-of-the-art interface for our robot; development of a robust and extensible infrastructure to support our UI vision; must be comfortable with an environment that stresses rapid iteration, and thinking outside the box; exper. in robotics, games and/or mobile applications. C++, rapid prototyping, LINUX preferred, expertise in Qt, OpenGL and HTML5 a plus.
SR. SOFTWARE ENGINEER: "Vision, Brains, Behavior", hands-on coding in C++, Python, computer games, AI, computer vision and/or intelligent systems.
SR. CONTROLS ENGINEER/REAL-TIME CONTROL APPL: MSEE or MSME with 6+ yrs. designing/implementing software; classic control theory, servo systems, sensors, estimation.Strong C++ programming for embedded processors in Linux. Matlab/Simulink/MathCad familiarity.
SOFTWARE QA ENGINEER: Hands-on role testing complex systems on Linux or UNIX platforms. Ability to learn, test, and troubleshoot various software components, ranging from Linux QT applications to low-level embedded code. Execute manual tests, develop/run automated tests, track software performance metrics. Scripting experience (e.g., perl, python), testing tools familiarity (e.g., testopia). A strong plus - C/C++ coding experience, experience with embedded systems, hardware testing, and robots.
