• Develop and review Human Resource processes, policies, procedures and guidelines in order to promote the attainment of employer - employee relations, promote a high level of employee morale and motivation as well as compliance with relevant human resource prescripts;
• Coordinating and implementation of an overall talent management strategy including workforce planning; recruiting; training and development; performance planning, management and succession planning across departments/divisions;
• Facilitate and implementation of a performance management system throughout the organization; ensure that corrective actions is taken when needed pertaining to all aspects of the department's operations, all SETA staff and their performance including coaching and disciplining...
