I currently work for a training company and have been now for 7 years.
My role has equipped me with extensive Customer Service skills and experience and I am passionate about providing excellent customer service to all my clients (prospective and existing).
Customer Service & Operations Manager

I started working at Psaros Communications in 2005 as a half-day Data Capturer.
Within two weeks, I was asked if I would be willing to start working full day as a Telemarketer and Data Capturer. I gladly accepted the role and accompanying challenges it brought with it. I worked in that position for until November 2009. During this time, I was always involved in other tasks around the office such as reception, assisting (and relieving where necessary) the Customer Service and HR Managers, PA, etc. In November 2009, I was promoted into the then vacant Customer Service and Operations Manager position which is my current position. In this position, I am now fully responsible for switchboard/reception duties, PA to the MD, attending to customer queries/complaints, receiving and processing of registrations, invoicing and debt collection / credit control, organising and ensuring successful training courses including booking of venues, trainers, suppliers and general office management and upkeep.
