• Understand each requirement, create position ID accordingly and raise “recruitment requisition”
• Shortlist CVs accordingly
• Schedule and manage interviews via telephone, Tele-presence and Video Conferencing
• Coordinate with the recruiter team and the candidate throughout the interview process
• Manage employee referrals, employee files.
• Handling of joining formalities like preparation of offer & appointment letters, induction programs, ID-cards, Entry in the payroll.
• Welcome new employee; issue and explain appointment letter.
• Collect and validate all document proofs from candidate.
• Send various internal HUL links and sites to new employees for them to create their ids and set-up their profile
• Background verification of hired candidates.
• Liaise with the commercial and the admin team (Infrajini team) for laptop and other infrastructure setup
• Manage and update HR system based on PeopleSof
