Environment Provisioning and Environment Test Support
✓ Drive and manage project development and testing (SDLC) from beginning to end.
✓ Identify project requirements like application, platform, project scope, goals and deliverables from Stakeholders.
✓ Draft and submit budget (RFQ) proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
✓ Presentation of Quote to WAB Call (Work Authorization board) for approval..
✓ Making sure that all the connectivity (MQ, CD, HYPER) is in place before smoke testing.
✓ Coordination with stakeholder/QA/ADM to get Environment ready & delivered.
✓ Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
✓ Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
✓ Coordination with all teams for post delivery issue during different test phase testing.
✓ Set up daily catch up calls with the concerned teams and stakeholders for tracking project milestones and deliverables.
