Serco offers operational, management and consulting services in the aviation, BPO, defence, education and environmental spaces.
Serco BPO, which has about 8,000 people, provides customer services, database management and back office services for only the Indian BPO market. Intelenet has an employee base of 32,000 with about 75% of revenues coming from international business and 25% from domestic business. Their combined BPO operations will have 40,000 employees providing services across seven countries.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Administration, maintenance and provide support for Windows based network of over 1000+ Workstations and Servers running Windows XP & 2003 operating systems.
* Provide in-house and helpdesk support for 1200+ employees in Windows platform environment.
* Windows XP / 2003 Installation, Administration & Maintenance.
* User creation and Group Policy management.
* Server hardening reports for the windows server.
* Perform Backup using Windows NT.
* Taking care of the roll out patches and updating from EPO & WSUS Server.
* Managing & Hardening of the server as per the policies and SLA defined.
* OS, Service, Event and Hardware monitoring, also perform Start up and Shutdown of server as per time table.
* Perform day to day routine tasks as mentioned in server checklist.
* Perform escalation as per the matrix.
* Responsible for Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of the Company network.
* Troubleshooting and resolve hardware and software problems, including end user desktop PC's, Thin clients and enterprise data servers.
